Set to open in 2026, Summit Villas Siargao is being developed by Hira Holdings Inc. through Mega Mykon Builders and will be managed by RHR under its Summit Hotels and Resorts brand. The resort will have 18 standalone villas, each with private amenities and eco-conscious features.
