Gina Sumando Menil and First Gentleman Emmanuel Menil, formalized their partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the 1st Siargao International Harbor Rush (Manila-Siargao). The event took place at the prestigious Manila Hotel, marking the official launch of this highly anticipated international regatta.

During the MOA signing, both parties discussed key details of the race, which is scheduled to take place in May 2025.
